This photo is of my recently passed Buck. He was a full bred, 13 year old Golden Retriever. Buck was the ultimate best of the best when it comes to pets. He recently had been diagnosed with nasal tumors. He was given a short span to live, and overcame his illness with his vast love of life 3 times before he finally went to Heaven. He fought to live til the end. He loved to swim, play ball, and play with mom, Bunny, Chloe (chihuahua) and I (his sister). When he was very close to dying the last time, I decided that I would borrow someones DSLR and take a photo shoot with him. He was very, very sick when the photos were taken...but this just shows how much he loved his life. Dying of cancer, he played with his tennis ball. He is now in Heaven, waiting at Rainbow Road for his family! We love you Buck!

I found your blog through Mckmama's page. I noticed your blog on your doggie Buck, I have a 12 year old Golden named Neon. I am so sorry to hear about your "baby" passing it is a very hard thing to deal with. He was a very beautiful dog!
Aww well thank you! He was very sick and it was his time...very sad though you're right. I hope your Golden lives a healthy long life :) Golden's are definitely a blessing!
