We now live in our home full time. The walls are bare, and we need to get some furniture in...but...we are home. I am in the process of choosing colors for the house. One is chosen, our livingroom will have 1 accent wall painted with Cherry Cobbler...mm :) But we have candles, and decorations randomly, so it feels homey. Chloe has adjusted very well to living away from grammies house...surprisingly! She has had only a handful of accidents and she is telling us when she has to go. She sleeps on top of the couch like a kitty cat, and chases all the bugs and deer in the yard!
As for the wedding plans...
We have mailed our invitations! Less than 2 months away, we will finally be married after all these years. It is so exciting. NOW to focus on the small details. Like making sure my centerpieces look in person as they do in my head. Getting some small things. Going to my bachelorette party (on Oct. 24) yay!!
So until next time, bon voyage!

Moving ahead....
We are about 98% moved into our *new* home in Baldwin, PA. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining room and living room are all furnished. Our china cabinet holds our beautiful 8 piece china set. Our livingroom houses our comfy couch and oversized television. Our bedroom adorns a beautiful set topped off with a Martha Stewart Cherry Blossom scheme....everything is well...perfect. For the few bumps, we have been lucky so far. No real problems encountered.
I am still deciding on color schemes and decor...I feel obligated for everything to be as colorful and perfect as possible (since color is sorta my job).
The wedding is coming up quickly. I still have to make sure my centerpieces will be as I picture them, buy my slip and bra, bake cookies (which I am thankful my whole family is pitching in-i love them), Choose music for both ceremony and reception, find new tuxedo shop, find a make up artist, do my trial run for my hair and make up, attend my bachelorette party, buy the rest of our alcohol, finish my attendant gifts, get a rehearsal outfit, put together my invitations (which are all addressed already), send my thank yous from the shower and my invitations for the wedding, meet with my priest about wedding day specifics, and a few other little things. The big stuff is done and almost paid for...phew...
i kinda just want it all to be over and done with..

I Heart Faces-Pets
This photo is of my recently passed Buck. He was a full bred, 13 year old Golden Retriever. Buck was the ultimate best of the best when it comes to pets. He recently had been diagnosed with nasal tumors. He was given a short span to live, and overcame his illness with his vast love of life 3 times before he finally went to Heaven. He fought to live til the end. He loved to swim, play ball, and play with mom, Bunny, Chloe (chihuahua) and I (his sister). When he was very close to dying the last time, I decided that I would borrow someones DSLR and take a photo shoot with him. He was very, very sick when the photos were taken...but this just shows how much he loved his life. Dying of cancer, he played with his tennis ball. He is now in Heaven, waiting at Rainbow Road for his family! We love you Buck!
Twas not I
Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.
It is not me who has been sick since the first week of August with a series of sicknesses leading up to pneumonia that has gone away with antibiotics and come back again now that I am off.
It was not me who illegally crossed the center double line in a tunnel this weekend to get in front of a car that was driving slow when I needed that lane after the tunnel.
It was not me who sat on the couch on facebook as Ash and his brother put together my bedroom set.
It most definitely was not me who devoured a whole plate of cheese, chips and salsa at a party this weekend. I have a wedding dress to fit into remember?!
